Canterbury is one of the trickier places in Kent to get a load into. The historic city centre is full of listed buildings, narrow medieval lanes and pedestrianised zones, and the ring-road feeder streets are not built for separate cranes and flatbed trucks parking alongside each other. A truck-mounted HIAB solves the problem in one go: we can sit on a single legal parking position, swing the crane over a row of buildings, and place the load exactly where it needs to go without taking up double the footprint.

Outside the city walls, the work spreads in every direction. We do regular runs to the university quarter, to new-build housing at Hersden, Sturry, Bridge and Wincheap, and out to villages like Chartham, Petham and Bekesbourne.
